TUITION & ENROLLMENT

Enrollment Information

Thank you for your interest in SBCA for the 2021/2022 school year! Current and new students can apply beginning on the dates listed below via our online application. Applicants are placed into classes in the order in which applications are received--including the payment of the non-refundable registration fee. Should space not be available, we will contact you within 48 hours to refund your prepaid registration fee or offer a secondary option if available. Once placed in a class, the registration fee is non-refundable.

  • An online application must be completed for each child.

  • Applications are not complete until the registration fee is received. To submit the registration fee:

    • Current families may use the EZCare Parent Portal

    • New families will need to submit cash, money order, or check made payable to SBCA (either mailed or dropped off between 9am - 12noon, Monday - Friday). 

  • Children must be the age of the class registered for on or before September 1st. 

  • Children enrolled in 3 & 4-year old classes must be completely potty trained.

  • Each new student will be admitted under a probationary period for 30 school days. 

  • Kindergarten is for students who have turned 5 years old by September 1st. 

  • Kindergarten & 1st Grade run from August 12th - May 13th, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 1pm.

Enrollment Dates

  • February 1-5Current SBCA students, siblings, and Summit family members.

  • February 4 & 5:  Families on the wait list for the current school year may register.

  • February 8:  Registration opens to the public.

Enrollment Requirements
  • Registration fee is paid annually and is non-refundable. SBCA will not accept registration for the following year from students that are behind in their tuition payments or have unpaid charges.

  • Documentation including the child’s birth certificate or passport and current Georgia 3231 Immunization record must be provided for enrollment.

  • Tuition is a yearly rate. For your convenience, you may pay over 9 consecutive installments beginning August 1st. All tuition must be paid in full by April 10th. There is a separate, non-refundable registration fee that must be paid to secure your child’s spot at SBCA.

  • Withdrawal: any student needing to withdraw must provide a 30-day paid, written notice to the Director and clear the account. The next payment will be expected if a 30-day notice is not provided. Any pre-paid tuition will be refunded within 60 days. Withdrawing after January 1st will require the remainder of the year to be paid in full.

  • Contagious illness waiver: All families agree to sign and comply with a waiver of liability, daily health screening requirements, and the student handbook policy and procedures.  These documents will be made available prior to Meet-N-Greet.

Additional Forms

The following required forms may be scanned/emailed to angela.york@summitchurch.org, faxed to 770-702-8054, or dropped by the children's preschool office Monday through Thursday from 9am-1PM.

New Student Forms:

  • Must submit birth certificate or passport to SBCA within 30 days of enrollment.

  • Must provide GA 3231 Immunization Form within 30 days of enrollment.

  • Kindergarten Students must provide Vision/Hearing screening for Kindergarten Students when they turn 5

Returning Student Forms:

  • Must forward all updates to GA 3231 Immunization Form.

  • Must provide Vision/Hearing screening for Kindergarten Students when they turn 5.
